  26. Of course a hard failure like this would be rather obvious. The more
  27. insidious problem is a critical signal path that occasionally fails
  28. to make timing at higher speeds. It can result in unpredictable crashes,
  29. faults, or data errors. These problems can arise even an nominal
  30. temperatures.
